Many Preowned Mobile Homes are offered from $8,000 to over
$40,000 depending on the size, furnished or unfurnished,
updates, age of home, park, etc.
Lot rent normally includes water and sewer, some include lawn care, RV area and sometimes more. Most if not all parks have a clubhouse, pool and many other activities available.
Lot rents vary by park but being nicer retirement parks, figure between $350.00 to $425.00 per month rent. Contact our agents for a closer estimate on rent for the park of your choice.
