I also am looking at the homes you have for sale,however it will still be sereval months until i reach a final decision due to my wife's illness and death and the resulting problems. 02/28/2009 - I received a very nice phone call from Eva V***** in the Virgin Islands. She said that this was the nicest mobile home web site that she had seen. She plans to be here in the states 3/20/09. They want to settle in the Ocala area. I told her that I would pass the nice comments on to you.

01/15/2009 - A Thank You --- I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how much we enjoyed meeting you yesterday and thank you for showing us the homes. I'm a bit overwhelmed at the moment, so I guess we're going to take the weekend off from house hunting and just "play" with our friends here in Sumter Oaks RV park. :-) I'm going to have to bug you at some point to look at the homes again, so you'll be hearing from me early next week. --- Connie (They did purchase a home from us)

Cal and I wanted to thank you for showing us around the park while we were in Florida. We really enjoyed spending the time with Derek and we were glad to have the opportunity to see you, Norma. Saddle Oak Club is a beautiful park.

It's been almost a year now, since you heard from us. But we want to let you know that we are still pleased with the choice we made a year ago. It was a risky gamble for us, that time. Hi There, Just wanted to let you know that my wife and I are extremely happy with the work you and husband did to help us find our first winter home in Florida and I'm sure that Ocala will be a great place to winter for us over the next few years. We really like the layout of the web site with all the pictures which is really so important when buying something from a remote location.
