They did show us several doublewide homes but Sylvia and I felt they were more than we needed at this time in our life. Then we stopped at a singlewide and Sylvia loved it the second she walked into it. This was all that mattered to me, so we informed Norma we would buy this one. She went out of her way to make sure we were both happy with the sale so you should feel very lucky and happy to have such a person working for you. When I learn of anyone looking for a manufactured home in the Ocala area, I will send them your way. It was a pleasure doing business with Norma & Derek and I told Norma that when we get settled in to our new home, I would like for them and you to join us for a nice cook-out at our new home. 02/06/09 Norma & Derek were so helpful & friendly by phone, and the last time we were to go there, Wright came down with the 'dizzies', had to go to his Dr. & was on Antibiotics for a week or so. I wrote Norma about same, having to cancel our visit. I still view your sites almost every day--noticed that there have been two revisions in your format. The only thing missing on the details is the Square footage of each property. I know, that is the first thing I seek to see. I hope this finds you & yours well. 02/07/09 - Dear Norma: We are filling out the SOC application form and will mail it to you with the $40 non-refundable check soon. I am very impressed with the new website that has been developed.  Excellent, easy navigation and the big-view slide shows are fabulous!  Really a help to prospective buyers! I am monitoring the website almost every day to keep up to date on what is available.  Hopefully there will still be some great homes available for us to make an offer on when we return to Ocala.   We like Paddock South, but Saddle Oak remains our favorite so far!
