#1 - Our Web Site (www.flarealestateoutlet.com) has over 110 pages with almost 3000 photos, many videos and numerous pages of area and State information. Currently we have over 76,000 page views each month, most on our listed homes.	#2 - Two major mobile home web sites hold our Company ads running daily, year in and year out. #3 - Three other major mobile home web sites are used to run every listing we have w/ photos daily, year in and year out.
#4 - We also advertise in as many park newsletters as possible to collect information on possible listings and potential buyers. We pay referral fees too....	#5 - We verbably advertise the fact that our commission rate is very competitive and in most cases lower than any other broker that seriously markets MH's.
#6 - We have developed numerous backward links to other sites to increase traffic and are known by hundreds of search engines incl. Google, Yahoo, Bing, AOL plus many other major search engines.	#7 - We send our own newsletter out every month to over 1200 interested buyers and this number increases each month. Many times when we have many new listings a second mailing is made.
