Paddock Park South is a smaller mobile home park located outside of Ocala, Fla. in some very beautiful horse farm country. It is a 55+ park where one resident needs to be 55 or older but their partner may be under 55. It is a mix of well cared for double wide and single wide mobile homes. The residents are very friendly and most are active in the club house, heated pool and other park activities. Lot rent is approx. $350.00
The park is but a short ride to Ocala and some other smaller towns nearby which allows you easy access to doctors, restaurants, major shopping areas including Wal Mart's Super centers, most any thing you can imagine. Golf courses are close (See List) as are many Attractions and other methods of enjoyment. Living here allows you to be as active or as sedate as you may wish. Clubhouse, Pool, Jacuzzi and more.
