Hi Norma & Derek!
Cal and I wanted to thank you for showing us around the park
while we were in Florida. We really enjoyed spending the time
with Derek and we were glad to have the opportunity to see you,
Norma. Saddle Oaks is a beautiful park.
Cal did purchase a home in Rolling Greens. It was the right price
and a perfect size for him. He will be closing on July 15. However,
we do expect to have friends visiting once the move is made and
we will be sure to recommend that they visit Saddle Oaks when
they begin looking for a home. Hopefully we will have an opportunity
to see you again - perhaps for a round of golf or a cup of coffee.
We think you are both great folks!

It's been almost
a year now, since you heard from us. But we want to let you know
that we are still pleased with the choice we made a year ago.
It was a risky gamble for us, that time. But now we know Norma
and Derek, we can't imagine beeing afraid of taking a risk. They
became very good friends of us, even with an ocean between us.

The
mobile home we bought is located in Saddle Oak and we would like
to see our very good experience to be placed in the custumer
comment page. English is not our language. So there could be
some mistakes in the words, but you are free to rewrite it. We
bought our mobile through the internet. The only thing that we
had were the pictures on the website and the very, very good
comments, by email from Norma and Derek Shackleton. Norma was
so helpfull and after we asked for some extra pictures, she made
them and send them by email. They are so patient and caring for
us. We trust them and after a lot emailing and looking at the
pictures, we made the decision. We bought a mobile home that
we had never seen in real life. On december the 29th. we arrived
at Saddle Oak, in the middle of the night. And Norma was still
waiting for us! She guided us to our house and it's realy what
they told us about it
They did everything to make our first stay as joyable as we wished.
We went to the newyearseve party, the best way to meet other
occupants of the park.
And -like Norma already told us- everybody is very friendly and
nice.We felt like gamblers buying a mobilehome through the internet,
but if you get in contact with Norma and Derek, you can do it!!!!

Hello Judy, this is Lee & Sylvia. I have only one thing to
state. Norma & Derek were very helpful to us in finding a
mobile home in the Ocala area. They did show us several doublewide
homes but Sylvia and I felt they were more than we needed at
this time in our life. Then we stopped at a singlewide and Sylvia
loved it the second she walked into it. This was all that mattered
to me, so we informed Norma we would buy this one. She went out
of her way to make sure we were both happy with the sale so you
should feel very lucky and happy to have such a person working
for you. When I learn of anyone looking for a manufactured home
in the Ocala area, I will send them your way. It was a pleasure
doing business with Norma & Derek and I told Norma that when
we get settled in to our new home, I would like for them and
you to join us for a nice cook-out at our new home. We do look
